A group of 20 Cu­ban young co­oks got their de­gree in the first edi­tion of YOCUTA (Young Cu­li­nary Ta­lents) pro­gram. This is an initia­ti­ve fos­te­red by Nestlé Pro­fes­sio­nal, Nestlé’s di­vi­sion ai­med at out­door con­sum­ption, or­ga­ni­zed in co­lla­bo­ra­tion with the As­so­cia­tion of Cu­li­nary Fe­de­ra­tions on the Lar­gest Ca­rib­bean Is­land.
