We are li­ving new ti­mes in which peo­ple ha­ve as­si­mi­la­ted the idea of wi­ne being made in the country­si­de, in the vi­ne­yard. This is the ti­me of the vi­ti­cul­tu­rist (Vig­ne­ron) or wi­ne­gro­wer. The fo­cus is back on the vi­ne­yard, its sty­le.

The wi­ne ho­ri­zon now shows lighter sty­les, less alcoholic, wit­hout too much ex­trac­tion, over-ma­tu­ring or sweet­ness… a less-ba­ro­que de­sign that be­gins to pre­fi­gu­re the new ima­ge of chan­ge.
