Over two decades of work ha­ve et­ched the cha­rac­ter of this ama­zing wo­man, an en­gi­neer, lin­ked to the gas­tro­nomy in­dustry for over 10 years, a wi­ne ent­hu­siast and ex­cep­tio­nal pro­mo­ter of this nec­tar in the La­tin Ame­ri­can re­gion and Cu­ba. She has ca­rried out such a great work that the wi­ne port­fo­lio she re­pre­sents ac­counts for 60 per­cent of the Cu­ban mar­ket sha­re.
