GAS­TRO­NO­MIC APOT­HEO­SIS IN BUE­NOS AI­RES

Short ti­me ago, I had the plea­su­re to tra­vel to Bue­nos Ai­res, the won­der­ful Ar­gen­ti­nean ca­pi­tal, and at­tend two sig­ni­fi­cant gas­tro­no­mic events. The Ibe­rian Ame­ri­can Gas­tro­nomy Aca­demy’s Board of Di­rec­tors, which I am ho­no­red to chair, held it session. On the ot­her hand, I par­ti­ci­pa­ted in the se­cond edi­tion of the Ibe­rian Ame­ri­can Gas­tro­nomy Con­gress, en­titled Glo­bal View of Gas­tro­nomy in the 21st Cen­tury. The first edi­tion of this event was hos­ted by Spa­nish Me­ri­da city, back in the au­tumn of 2016.
