One of the easiest ways to create a new shape in Zbrush is using the Extract function under the Subtool palette. The extracted mesh can be very blobby, depending on the geometry it’s extracted from, so smooth the new mesh using the Polish function in the Deformation palette. Zremesher will organise your mesh before you do final tweaks and detailing.
