Outdoor adventure

The return of water to many lakes and rivers across the Wimmera and Mallee has encouraged people back onto the water to pursue recreational activities.

The hum of outboard motors, spray of water and mental images of camping on the edge of waterways has people rekindling their association with their favourite destinations.

In meeting this demand, the Wimmera Machinery Field Days has a dedicated area for people keen to explore boating, camping and caravans.

Field days organisers are promoting the area as an outdoor expo where people can see the latest on offer involving outdoor adventure. Boats, caravans and camper trailers and offroad vehicles are among the many products on show.
