Ten emerging Australian artists from Canberra and Adelaide are in Berlin as part of a collaborative project under the framework of ‘Australia now Germany 2017’, in partnership with Berlin Glas e.V, Canberra Glassworks and the JamFactory Contemporary Craft & Design. Alumni of the JamFactory Associate training program and artists from Canberra Glassworks are presenting unique pieces in a design context. Artists, Luke Chiswell, RoseMary Faulkner, Emeirely Nucifora-Ryan, Jennifer Kemarre Martiniello, Nicholas Doran Adams, Emma Young, Renato Perez, Kristel Britcher, Liam Fleming and Billy James Crellin are exhibiting until 13 July at Benhadj&Djilali Galerie für Design, Torstr. 170 Berlin. Artist in Residence: Simone Slee from 17 to 21 July. ‘Limits to Growth’, and ‘Collaborative Endeavour’ are also on show at Berlin Glas.
