Bob Jenyns (1944-2015) was a prolific artist who practiced for more than four decades, in which time he produced an oeuvre of sculptures, tapestries, prints, drawings and paintings. Jenyns’ work is distinctive in style and remained relatively consistent throughout his career; marked by his distinct, witty sense of humour and aesthetic, celebration of everyday and frequent reference to political, cultural and social events, and personal experience. This exhibition includes lithographs and sculptures that illustrate Jenyns’ interests in Folk, Naive and outsider art.
