Augusta Margaret River Times - - Letters - Cr Felicity Haynes, Osmington

Those of you who follow the council’s activities will appreciate the moves being made to include indigenous consultation in decision-making.

However, there is a new Facebook page which may be of general interest because it tells stories of settlement in Margaret River in which indigenous and white families worked co-operatively and in harmony together.

The page is called Spirit of Place Margaret River and can be found on Facebook.

This effort shows commendable respect for the heritage, including care for the environment.

The page would welcome further information and comments.
