Creative workshop

Augusta Margaret River Times - - News -

Kiwi arts manager and rock band Shihad drumming veteran Tom Larkin will host a creative workshop next week for struggling artists.

Called Managing a Creative Calling, the clinic is free for anyone interested in a career in the creative industries.

Larkin draws on personal experience to guide the workshop. “Building a strong career in music is a journey fraught with personal, financial and creative risk,” he said.

“I want to explore new models for building the kind of environment and the strategies required to be artistically effective for the long term.”
