Scheme Amendment 58 and Associated Structure Plan - Exmoor Drive Area
PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 SHIRE OF AUGUSTA MARGARET RIVER AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION SCHEME AMENDMENT NO. 58 AND ASSOCIATED STRUCTURE PLAN TO LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 1 Ref: P217463 & P218004, LND/1/58
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:
a) Inserting associated provisions into Schedule 7 as RR38 for Lots 3, 4, 110, 111, 112 and 113 Brumby Place, Lot 1, 2, 101 and 102 Exmoor Drive; and Lots 103, 104, 105, 106, 107 & 108 Boodjidup Road, Margaret River; and
b) Inserting into Schedule 14 under 1.2 Margaret River (DCP)2
“1.2.5 Exmoor Drive Upgrade Area (DCP2e)”
The Associated Structure Plan will allow ten (10) of the thirteen (13) existing lots to be subdivided to create a total of 23 lots, with a minimum lot size of 1ha. Three (3) of the lots that are included in the Structure Plan (at the Shire’s instruction) require further investigation to provide a site responsive layout.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Scheme Amendment and Associated Structure Plan have been deposited at the Shire Offices, 41 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 16 NOVEMBER 2018.
Submissions on the Scheme Amendment may be made in writing on Form No. 4 and lodged with the Shire on or before 16 NOVEMBER 2018 by email to email@example.com, hand delivered or by post to Shire of Augusta Margaret River, PO Box 61, Margaret River WA 6285.
This Amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
