In­dus­try fo­rum in South Aus­tralia

ON MAY 25 TABMA will, in con­junc­tion with PIRSA (Pri­mary In­dus­tries & Re­gions South Aus­tralia), be hold­ing an in­dus­try fo­rum at West Beach, Ade­laide. The fo­rum will in­clude rel­e­vant speak­ers from our in­dus­try and will be at­tended by rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the SA gov­ern­ment as well as those rep­re­sent­ing forestry, re­tail, frame & truss fab­ri­ca­tors, im­porters and mer­chants. Fur­ther de­tails and how to reg­is­ter to at­tend will be ad­vised as the date ap­proaches.

Tim­ber In­dus­try Din­ner

Fri­day Oc­to­ber 7 is the date for this year’s na­tional tim­ber in­dus­try din­ner and the venue is again Dock­side, Cockle Bay, Syd­ney. Spon­sor­ship is avail­able and fur­ther de­tails will be an­nounced in com­ing months. TABMA Queens­land Awards Judg­ing for the 2016 TABMA Queens­land awards will be com­menc­ing shortly and the win­ners will be an­nounced at a din­ner to be held in Bris­bane on Satur­day Oc­to­ber 15. TABMA’s train­ing di­vi­sion is ex­pe­ri­enc­ing ex­po­nen­tial growth un­der the lead­er­ship of June Dun­leavy with over 150 trainees through­out NSW and Queens­land now reg­is­tered to be trained over the com­ing months.

New lo­ca­tion for TABMA head of­fice

As our cur­rent St Leonards build­ing is to be de­mol­ished, the TABMA Aus­tralia head of­fice will be mov­ing premises in April. Our new ad­dress is Level 1,154 Pa­cific High­way, St Leonards. Our tele­phone and fax num­bers will be un­changed.
