GLOSSY BLACK-COCKATOO BREEDING, KANGAROO ISLAND

The glossy black- cockatoo breeds in the hollows of gum trees and is widespread along eastern Australia with an isolated population on Kangaroo Island. They produce one egg, which is laid between January and May.
