The din­ing pavil­ion fea­tures a ta­ble that seats 20, but there are smaller spa­ces for more in­ti­mate gath­er­ings, too. “We have a tra­di­tion of din­ing in dif­fer­ent places for ev­ery meal; there are plenty to choose from!” says Jenny. The pizza oven is well used through­out the year. “An Ital­ian friend taught our chef, La­sitha, to make au­then­tic piz­zas – they’re de­li­cious.”
