En­er­gis­ing dishes made with fresh, healthy in­gre­di­ents.

Prep: 10 mins. Serves 2.

Place ½ cup (125ml) fresh or­ange juice, ½ small pineap­ple, coarsely chopped, ⅓ cup (80ml) strained pas­sion­fruit juice, 1 cup (280g) low-fat yo­ghurt and 1 tbsp wheat­germ in a blender and blend un­til smooth. Pour mix­ture into glasses filled

with crushed ice; top with ex­tra fresh pas­sion­fruit pulp, if you like. Tip To make pas­sion­fruit juice, scoop pulp from about 5 pas­sion­fruit into a fine sieve set over a small jug. Press with a spoon to ex­tract as much juice as pos­si­ble; dis­card seeds.
