Energising dishes made with fresh, healthy ingredients.

Place ½ cup (125ml) fresh orange juice, ½ small pineapple, coarsely chopped, ⅓ cup (80ml) strained passionfruit juice, 1 cup (280g) low-fat yoghurt and 1 tbsp wheatgerm in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses filled
with crushed ice; top with extra fresh passionfruit pulp, if you like. Tip To make passionfruit juice, scoop pulp from about 5 passionfruit into a fine sieve set over a small jug. Press with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible; discard seeds.
