SNACK ATTACK: OMELETTE MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
Mix 2 eggs and dash of milk (per muffin) + veggies of choice (zucchini, carrot, onion), ginger, tumeric + salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size).
