Thank you so much for the opportunity to feature our car in AMC #88 in My Muscle Car. The article looked great and I have had heaps of comments from club members and friends. Since then we have enjoyed a trip around Tassie with a group of car club members in our classic vehicles. The gaggle consisted of a Fairlaine 500, an MGB, a HZ Premier, a HZ Sandman ute and, wait for it, three Chargers. Needless to say we attracted a lot of interest and conversations in the carparks, servos and bars. We took in bits of the Targa and arranged a dinner with Jim Richards and Barry Oliver and wives whilst we were there. It was a real experience. Jim has maintained the connection he has with us through our muscle car fundraising efforts last year and we are most appreciative of it. He’s a true gentleman. The autumnal tones of the Chargers matched the Tassie countryside beautifully.
