DELICIOUS EGG POCKETS
Eggs are a great source of protein and can be served as a breakfast dish or as an anytime high protein low carb meal when you want something quick and easy. Try our delicious egg pockets for a nutrient packed low carb meal.

2 Tbsp-Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 4 Egg Whites 1 Whole Egg You can add a variety of your favorite vegetables. Example: 1/4 C. Sliced Mushrooms 2 tbsp. Chopped Onions
Scramble Egg Whites and Whole Egg in bowl. Chop vegetables, spray sauté pan, and toss in vegetables, sauté on med-hi until slightly tender. Set aside in separate bowl.
Spray sauté pan again, and pour in eggs, season with salt and pepper...let cook for 10 min on medium head, until mostly cooked, add vegetables and cheese on one side of the “omelet” carefully fold and flip. Carefully fold the half into another half, making a triangle. Pack into foil, for an on-the-go breakfast.
