The Predictables projectors that keep you one step ahead

Australian T3 - - RADAR -

STA YING ABREAST OF YOUR FRIENDS’, family’s and partner’s every Facebook update, tweet and calendar cancellation can be a thankless task. The Predictables, a concept by Tel Aviv-based designer Dor Tal, aims to take all of that info, pass it through its digital crystal ball and judge exactly what you should be doing with your time, alerting you via a projector on your desk and another one fitted to your wrist for updates on the go.

Both connect wirelessly to your phone, with a clever algorithm making sure only the most relevant stuff is flagged up. You can navigate the updates using gesture control, which if you’re projecting from your wrist means doodling on your palm and flicking away unwanted or actioned alerts. Projecting on your wall? Come over all Tony Stark and clear the interface with a swipe of your arm. Prototypes are “in development”, though we advise against too much holding of breath.
