Australian T3 - - MUSIC TO YOUR EARS -

Af­ter a dal­liance with the culi­nary in­dus­try in which she re­trained as a saucier at Le Cor­don Bleu, Kelis has re­turned to mu­sic and she is most wel­come. Food continues her fix­a­tion with the ed­i­ble stuff – her big­gest hit to date is “Milk­shake” from 2003’s Tasty – and the al­bum siz­zles on tracks like “Jerk Ribs”, “Fri­day Fish Fry” and “Bis­cuits n’ Gravy”. Here’s hop­ing we don’t lose Kelis to the world of food again – she has her own line of specialist sauces, you know – and that she continues to find time to cook up a storm in the stu­dio in­stead.
