This striking new flagship phone from Microsoft and Nokia is Windows Phone’s best chance of going toeto-toe with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S5 and HT CO ne M8 yet.

love Immaculate build. Terrific camera. Beautiful screen. Windows 8.1 looks great hate Just not enough apps T3 says The most premium Windows Phone in a while is quite a stunner

There’s a lot riding on the Lumia 930. As the most highly specced Windows Phone we’ve seen in some time, this could be the one to have Android and Apple devotees questioning their loyalty. With a slick build that some would call eye-searingly bright, and a competitive price, the Lumia 930 gets Windows Phone 8.1 off to quite a start.

The updated Windows Phone is a quick, goodlooking OS , that just can’t seem to get past its app shortage. The Lumia 930 can’t compete with Apple’s App Store and Google Play on volume and variety, but that’s its only real weakness. 4G, NFC, and 32GB of storage are all present and accounted for.

The AMOLED screen is lovely, too. A sharp, 5-inch, 1080p display that’s comparable to the Galaxy S5’s. And the camera is great too, with a 20-megapixel 1/2.5‑inch sensor that’s up there with the best.

If you can get past the underwhelming app selection, the Lumia 930 is a lovely piece of kit.
