You access Amazon Echo’s voice control by saying ‘Alexa…’ followed by your question. What happens if your partner/wife/child is called Alexa? You can change the command to either ‘Echo’ or ‘Amazon’ using the Amazon Alexa app. If you happen to have a family consisting of Alexa, Amazon and Echo, then this product is probably not for you.
