We get it – go­ing out­side the com­fort of your house, es­pe­cially at this time of year, is about as ap­peal­ing as a slap to the face. But that’s where home-based fitness tech comes in. And we’re not talk­ing about a ropey old work­out bench or any­thing here.

It’s also com­pat­i­ble with Strava for like-for-like com­par­isons.
