Teenager in­jured by car

WA Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing a se­ri­ous crash in­volv­ing a car hit­ting a child in Northam.

Northam po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the crash on Novem­ber 2 in which a 16- year- old boy re­ceived se­ri­ous in­juries while walk­ing along Peel Ter­race Bridge.

A Holden Com­modore driv­ing east along the bridge hit the boy while he was at­tempt­ing to cross the road at 2.45pm.

The 45- year- old male driver stopped at the scene and the boy was taken to Northam Re­gional Hos­pi­tal with se­ri­ous in­juries.
