A us ti n P owers: The Spy Who Shagged Me

Balonne Beacon - - LIFE | TV GUIDE -

Tuesday, go!, 10pm, M (1999)

Mike Myers ’s (pictured) infectious ’60s sex-speak is in full colour with this smashing, twice-as-funny sequel to the wildly successful original. The affable British super agent returns to battle arch-nemesis Dr Evil (also played by Myers) who is now the proud owner of midget sidekick Mini-Me (Verne Troyer). Bored by the state of the ’90s and (momentarily) miffed by the loss of Ms Kensington (Elizabeth Hurley), Austin does the time-warp again and returns to 1969 to save the world with the help of spunky new squeeze Felicity Shagwell (Heather Graham). The 90-odd minutes of continual sexual innuendo and grossout laughs means there’s plenty of naughty pleasure. ★★★★
