Nominate for the young achievers award now
SEPTEMBER welcomes the launch of the Queensland Young Achiever Awards.
The purpose of the awards is to acknowledge, encourage and most importantly promote the positive achievements of young people across the state.
Nominations for the award opened on September 12 with locals encouraged to put forward community members who have helped make a difference or strived to achieve their goals.
To be eligible for the awards, the individual must be younger than 29 as of the end of December 2017.
There are multiple categories for which an individual can be nominated.

Nominations must be completed by December 15 and the awards ceremony will be held in May next year.
Each category comes with a separate prize with the winner to receive $2000 and a magnificent trophy.
