Af­ter win­ning the first sea­son of New Zealand’s MasterChef, Brett McGre­gor’s ca­reer has gone from strength to strength. To­day, McGre­gor heads to the Fi­jian main­land where he ex­pe­ri­ences the culi­nary prac­tices of the na­tive Fi­jians and the Fi­jian In­di­ans, dis­cov­er­ing how their food in­flu­ences each other.
