NRL STAR TO RUN CLINICS
ST GEORGE police are hosting a fundraising evening at the St George Hotel on Friday, October 27, to support the youth of St George.
The funds raised will be incorporated into the highly successful St George police blue light program.
Future State of Origin and star player, Titans halfback Ashley Taylor will be attending and has donated a pair of his footy boots and a jersey that can be personally signed by him on the night.
Ashley is from the area, so many locals will be keen to come and speak with him regarding his achievements in the NRL.
St George Police are hoping the event is well supported and much-needed funds can be raised to support local youth.
A number of raffles and other events will be conducted and a live band will play into the evening.
On Saturday, October 28, Taylor will be conducting a rugby league clinic at St Pat’s School for 8-14 year olds.
Cost is $5 per child, boys and girls are welcome to attend.
The clinicic will run from 8-9am for 8–9 year olds and 9.30-10.20am 10–14 year olds.
For information contact St George Police on 4620 3033.
