We chose five prod­ucts most likely to be cut with kitchen scis­sors: pack­ag­ing, chicken pieces, herbs, pizza and ba­con, to see how each pair fared. We looked at how com­fort­able the scis­sors felt in smaller and larger hands, and how eas­ily ma­nip­u­la­ble they were – those that were too stiff to ma­noeu­vre were dis­counted.
