Here’s what you do…

MAKES 24 PREP 10 mins COOK 11 mins EASY V

1 Whisk an egg, 150g soft but­ter and 1 tsp vanilla ex­tract in a bowl us­ing an elec­tric whisk un­til the mix­ture is smooth and creamy, about 5 mins.

2 Add the con­tents of this jar and mix to­gether gen­tly to form a dough.

3 But­ter two bak­ing sheets. Put 12 golf-ball­sized spoon­fuls of the dough onto each. Bake in the oven at 180C/160C fan/gas 4 for 11 mins un­til you have de­li­cious chunky soft golden oaty malty white choco­latey cran­berry cook­ies. Re­move from the oven, then leave to cool a bit on the bak­ing sheets. Eat them all while they’re still warm, and think of me.
