Sausage & broc­coli penne

Cook 200g penne ac­cord­ing to pack in­struc­tions. Drain, re­serv­ing some wa­ter. Fry 3 sliced sausages in 1 tbsp olive oil un­til brown, then add a hand­ful chopped Ten­der­stem broc­coli, 1 crushed gar­lic clove and 1 tsp chilli flakes. Add the pasta and a splash of pasta wa­ter, and toss to com­bine. Sea­son and serve with a gen­er­ous grat­ing of parme­san.
