SERVES 4 PREP 5 mins COOK 15 mins EASY

Fry 4 sausages for 10-12 mins un­til golden. Mean­while, fry 1 chopped onion in 1 tbsp olive oil un­til soft­ened, add 1 tsp smoked pa­prika and 1 crushed gar­lic clove, cook for 2 mins, then pour in 200ml pas­sata. Tip in 400g can but­ter beans with the liq­uid from the can. Add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp red wine vine­gar. Slice the sausages and add to the beans, then sea­son and sim­mer for about 5 mins. Serve on toast.
