Put 3 sausages, sliced in half length­ways, along­side 6 rash­ers of streaky ba­con on a bak­ing sheet. Grill for 10 mins. Mean­while, heat a 410g can baked beans, splash of tabasco and Worces­ter­shire sauce along with a pinch of smoked pa­prika. Add

1 tbsp but­ter and sea­son. Fry 3 eggs in 1 tbsp but­ter. Di­vide the ba­con, sausages and beans be­tween 3 toasted crum­pets, top each with a fried egg, spread with your choice of sauce and top each with an­other toasted crum­pet.
