Spicy sausage noodles
SERVES 2 PREP 5 mins COOK 10 mins EASY
Squeeze 2 sausages out of their skins, mix with 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tbsp grated ginger and 1 chopped red chilli, then fry in 1 tbsp sesame oil until browned. Add 160g green beans, then fry for 1 min more. Tip in 200g straight-to-wok noodles, a splash of soy sauce and toss together. Add a splash of water and put the lid on to allow the beans to steam for a couple of mins. Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves and sesame seeds to serve.
