Spicy sausage noo­dles

SERVES 2 PREP 5 mins COOK 10 mins EASY

Squeeze 2 sausages out of their skins, mix with 1 crushed gar­lic clove, 1 tbsp grated gin­ger and 1 chopped red chilli, then fry in 1 tbsp sesame oil un­til browned. Add 160g green beans, then fry for 1 min more. Tip in 200g straight-to-wok noo­dles, a splash of soy sauce and toss to­gether. Add a splash of wa­ter and put the lid on to al­low the beans to steam for a cou­ple of mins. Sprin­kle with fresh co­rian­der leaves and sesame seeds to serve.
