Ravi­oli with smoked salmon

Cook a 250g pack of ri­cotta & spinach ravi­oli fol­low­ing pack in­struc­tions. Melt 50g but­ter, whisk­ing con­stantly un­til nutty and brown. Take off the heat, stir through the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp ca­pers and 1/2 small pack chopped dill. Driz­zle this over the cooked ravi­oli and top with 100g smoked salmon. Ul­ti­mate fancy food with­out the fuss (shhh – no one needs to know).
