Create your own spice blends to make our dishes from around the world

We love spices, but often find the spice shelf in need of a purge after buying endless blends on top of the single spices we use everyday. In light of this, we’ve created special spice mixes inspired by some of our favourite cuisines. You can make them from spices you already have in your cupboards, and use them in lots of other dishes (which we’ve given you ideas for). The flavour of a home-toasted spice mix is superior to most readymade varieties, but they’re at their best when just-blended and you’ll need to use them within six months before they lose their flavour.
