‘‘It’s great for Benalla football with how well the Benalla teams have done in the last few years, especially after the changes to junior footy making it harder to retain the junior players.’’
He said it was pleasing to see majority of the senior players coming from the Benalla area.
Mcnair also acknowledged the success of the Panthers netball sides this season, with the B-grade side making it to the semi-finals.
Moran is also hoping to make his return to the field next year after a nasty knee injury sidelined him for much of the 2018 season.
The club will be looking to establish a successful season come 2019.
