BBQ Sauce as per packet instructions. Meanwhile, bake 750g packet frozen sweet potato chips as per packet instructions. Split 6 large white sesame bread rolls, and spread the base of each roll with 1 Tbsp aioli. Top each base with ¼ cup rocket leaves and ¼ cup red cabbage, then top with sweet potato chips and a generous amount of sliced brisket. Drizzle with barbecue sauce from inside packet. Garnish with flat-leaf parsley sprigs and sandwich with roll tops. Serves 6.
