Smoked Beef Brisket

With Bour­bon Flavoured

BBQ Sauce as per packet in­struc­tions. Mean­while, bake 750g packet frozen sweet potato chips as per packet in­struc­tions. Split 6 large white sesame bread rolls, and spread the base of each roll with 1 Tbsp aioli. Top each base with ¼ cup rocket leaves and ¼ cup red cab­bage, then top with sweet potato chips and a gen­er­ous amount of sliced brisket. Driz­zle with bar­be­cue sauce from in­side packet. Gar­nish with flat-leaf pars­ley sprigs and sand­wich with roll tops. Serves 6.
