Justin Miller

IT IS always a pleasure to catch up with the blokes from the quietly successful Rayner Transport.

Justin Miller is no exception, we held him up for a quick yarn while he stopped over for a cuppa at the Caltex Truckstop.

Justin, from Launceston, had just dropped in for a quick refreshment break and was driving a Rayner Transport 2015 Daf 85.460 and towing a tri-axle drop deck loaded with general.

Justin tells us he was on his return leg from Hobart to Launceston.

Once he knocked off for the day, he planned to enjoy the evening news. “I’ve been driving for Chris for five great years now,” he told us. “And it’s all been good. I’ve got a great boss and it’s a pleasure to be part of this great and growing family business.

“The fleet is also expanding and we are always moving forward.”

Justin tells us he has been on the road now for 10 years and has never had any regrets.

He enjoys lots of variety and doing something different every day. Time off is spent whenever possible fishing and camping.
