Cameron Kile

IT WAS good to finally catch up with Cameron Kile from Huonville recently when he dropped in to Mood Food at Kempton for a refreshment break.

He was driving one of the family’s Kile Transport 2001 95 XF Dafs at the time towing a tri-axle refrigerated Tautliner and he was on his way from Cygnet to Devonport.

Cameron told us he was on his way up to pick up a load of strawberry trays and would be returning with them to a strawberry farm at the rather beautiful area near Cygnet.

They have been doing Visy Board work now for 25 years and he tells us it is good work, plus they have the storage and distribution as well, statewide, so they get around all over the place.

With 27 years on the road under his belt, Cameron reckons driving is in the blood, and happily he loves the job, and has no real regrets at all.

He also asked us to wish everyone out on the road a great holiday season and all the best for a prosperous and happy new year.
