New year, new exciting reads

Big Rigs - - OPINION - KIRSTIN PAYNE kirstin.payne@bi

WELCOME back for another year, we hope everyone out there got some welldeserved rest and time to catch up with the people that matter in your lives.

This edition you may have noticed a few slight changes which we hope you will come to enjoy.

These additional sections are part of our ongoing push to make your life on the road as easy as possible, while keeping you entertained on the way.

We have a new Truckie Tech section which will cover all the latest gadgets and gizmos.

For those interstate drivers away from home Trucker Tucker will offer up a fortnightly easy-to-make and keep recipe to ensure delicious travels.

We have also needed more space to publish all of the wonderful letters and photos sent in by our readers. You can now find them near the back of Big Rigs as part of the new Readers’ Corner.

Despite the makeover, your favourites haven’t gone anywhere.

The Big Rigs team of contributors will still be there in all their colour and Bruce Honeywill’s insider column continues.

On a personal note, thanks to Rod Haniffey for letting me tag along to check out the state of our rest stops.

If anyone else has an issue that needs to be highlighted or story they would like to share, don’t hesitate to call the team on +61 7 3817 1769.
