Slip, slop, slap a must
WHEN it’s this hot, you really can’t go outside without slapping on your trusty sunscreen.
We know how hot it gets in Australia, so make sure – even if you’re spending most of your day driving in your rig – to slip, slop and slap.
While it’s important to put sunscreen on your face, don’t forget about your arms.
If you don’t have tinted windows, chances are your arms are going to take the brunt of your sunburn.
It doesn’t matter what brand you get (try Cancer Council Queensland or Neutrogena) but make sure it has an SPF of 30 or greater.
