Luke shares story of beat­ing new car stress

LUKE first got in touch with us a few months ago to see if we could help him with a new car pur­chase.

Af­ter speak­ing with Ma­ree from our mem­ber con­sul­tant team, he felt con­fi­dent about the fi­nance side of things and was ready to buy.

Un­for­tu­nately this is where things got com­pli­cated, as buy­ing a new ve­hi­cle, big or small, hap­pens to be.

Not only was de­liv­ery of his new ve­hi­cle sig­nif­i­cantly de­layed but when it did ar­rive, Luke found it had been scratched in tran­sit and had a diesel leak.

In con­trast Luke says his ex­pe­ri­ence with MOVE couldn’t have been eas­ier.

“MOVE was fan­tas­tic,” he said.

“They an­swered all my ques­tions promptly and every re­quest I made was turned around quickly and with zero stress.”

Thank­fully, Luke did even­tu­ally sort things out with the dealer and re­cently emailed a pic­ture of his new pur­chase to Ma­ree with these words of thanks.

“To­day is the day I pick it up,” he said.

“Just want to say a big thank you to you and the team for help­ing me out through this re­ally stress­ful time – it was well worth it.”
