Luke shares story of beating new car stress
LUKE first got in touch with us a few months ago to see if we could help him with a new car purchase.
After speaking with Maree from our member consultant team, he felt confident about the finance side of things and was ready to buy.
Unfortunately this is where things got complicated, as buying a new vehicle, big or small, happens to be.
Not only was delivery of his new vehicle significantly delayed but when it did arrive, Luke found it had been scratched in transit and had a diesel leak.
In contrast Luke says his experience with MOVE couldn’t have been easier.

“They answered all my questions promptly and every request I made was turned around quickly and with zero stress.”
Thankfully, Luke did eventually sort things out with the dealer and recently emailed a picture of his new purchase to Maree with these words of thanks.
“Today is the day I pick it up,” he said.
“Just want to say a big thank you to you and the team for helping me out through this really stressful time – it was well worth it.”
