THIS vast island continent is home to some of the hardest places to reach on Earth.

But for the mega trucks that keep the country moving, getting there is just another day at the office.

Longer than a jet liner and heavier than a tank, they can run 24/7, pulling anything from houses to hamburgers.

Behind the wheel, some of the best and toughest drivers in the world.

Their motto? Anything. Any time. Anywhere.

That’s right, your favourite reality television show, Outback Truckers ,is back on the air for a sixth season.

The show airs on 7mate on Tuesdays at 8.30pm and is also available to stream on 7Plus, Channel Seven’s TV catch-up viewing app.

This season, you’re in for a treat.

Early episodes of the season follow married couple Nick and Jo, who risk one final supply run as the wet season looms.

Good Samaritan trucker Craig Porter and son Dakota make a 3000km mercy dash to deliver hay to drought-hit Queensland stations, while veteran Yogi questions his future in the business after a run-in with authorities.

This season Outback Truckers also catches up with outback trucking legend Steve Grahame and his faithful canine companion, Bella, when they take the world’s longest shortcut from Alice Springs to Perth to deliver a monster load.

Then we check in with veteran trucker Sludge, who has flooded roads to battle as he races to deliver fuel to farmers in time for harvest.
