Snack on these bites any time
WHO would bake when these easy-tosnack-on bites take no time to mix on the road and keep for weeks?
All you need is a quick mixer, think a Nutribullet etc.
If you have a mixer with you these bad boys can go anywhere.
■ 2 cups of walnuts
■ 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
■ 2 cups of almond meal – surprisingly easy to find in the regular shop (and also saves on the baking)
■ 1/2 cup coca powder
■ 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
■ pinch of salt
■ 2 tablespoons of honey
■ Blend until sticky, roll into balls.
■ Place in the fridge.
■ Then eat as desired.
■ Best kept in a zip-lock bag.
