JOST knows what you need

Big Rigs - - TRAILER FEATURE -

WITH decades of experience in developing and building telescopic landing gears, JOST Australia know exactly what their customers need.

The robust modular construction of the Modul landing gears are extremely user-friendly, allowing for a multitude of varieties.

Modul - easy to assemble system

The Modul system has an easy to assemble and replace foot system with four different foot types, with various crank handles and connection shaft lengths.

Another advantage is the lifting force capability lifting capacity of 24T and sStatic load 50T.

Due to a range of back plates available, the universal system offers great flexibility of installation, with only a slight overhang above the connection shaft.

Reliable and maintenance free

Largely maintenance free, the Modul system offers many advantages for daily use.

The patented drive is protected by the internal construction providing a very compact construction with extremely low wear.

The large lifting force per turn of the crank makes gear shifts easy, ensuring efficient and convenient operation for your fleet.

The high-speed Modul Series offers 15.0mm lift per turn of handle in high gear and 0.9mm in low gear.

Outstanding protection against corrosion

Constructed with a premium surface and powder coating, the landing gears are ideal for protection against arduous exterior conditions, offering long-lasting protection against poor weather or Australia’s unique road conditions.

Long lasting

Equipped with a long-term lubrication tube requiring no ongoing lubrication, Modul landing gears last for three years, offering superior efficiency and reliability.

Safety and quality

The Modul system meets strict AAR guidelines and are regularly inspected for quality, safety and environmental management during production.

Excellent service

With locations worldwide, the international network of JOST dealers provide professional advice, spare parts and service – quickly and reliably.

JOST’s sales and customer service team provide ongoing customer support via our five company-owned branches in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide.

Modul B – Standard

Modul B is the standard telescopic landing gear which can be constructed individually according to customer requirements and used universally.

Modul C – Special

Developed based on our highly reliable Modul components, Modul C special telescopic landing gears are for special applications.

In addition to compact telescopic landing gears with large ground clearance, especially robust telescopic landing gears for heavy duty applications.

Aluminium telescopic landing gear

JOST also offer premium telescopic landing gears in an aluminium design which offer the greatest possible weight advantage, particularly suited to tank and silo vehicles. A landing leg set is approximately 65kgs depending on the final specification.
