Choc scones great dessert

EN­JOY this easy-to-make dessert that can be made in a dutch oven or over a fire.

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

■ 2 cups of choc chips

■ Nuts (if you are a fan)

■ 3 cups of plain flour

■ 1⁄2 tsp salt

■ 3⁄4 cup of milk

■ 1⁄4 nat­u­ral oil

METHOD

■ Mix in­gre­di­ents in a bowl, or tup­per­ware con­tainer, what­ever you have handy.

■ Mush with your fist un­til it is a proper dough.

■ En­sure choc chips are cold so they don’t melt quickly.

■ Grab hand­fuls of mix­ture, com­bine into an ed­i­ble size and shape.

■ Place on non-toxic stick and cook over em­bers of fire un­til golden.

■ Best eaten with but­ter.

■ These scones can also be added to the grid­dle.

■ Cook over low heat un­til golden – around around six min­utes.

■ En­joy the easy to eat dessert!
