Set for Life have continued to prove themselves as a competitive side in their straight sets victory over Volleyball is Life on March 28.

In the eighth round of competition at Victory Life Church, Set for Life were ready from the getgo while it was a sluggish start for Volleyball is Life.

Set for Life took quick control of the opening set and ruled the court, while Volleyball is Life struggled to keep up with fundamental errors costing them points.

In the second and third sets Set for Life took control once again, although Volleyball is Life managed to find their rhythm and prove themselves as a competitive side.

However Volleyball is Life fell short of taking a set, leading to Set for Life taking the straight sets victory.

Elsewhere, the Islanders’ winning streak continued with another straight sets victory over Stable Odds. An undermanned Alternative Facts managed a 2-1 victory over the Sandy Badgers, the Beta Blockers dominated the Sandy Pancakes 3-0 and the Old Guns proved too strong for Knocked Up, winning 2-1.
