$100m Centre for Rooty Hill
A $100 million redevelopment of the Rooty Hill RSL will see a five-star Pullman hotel built as part of the Western Sydney Performing Arts Centre (WSPAC).
The Pullman Hotel itself will be a $60 million project and will feature 120 rooms at the hotel, with works due to start in 2018.
The WSPAC will feature a 2,000 seat proscenium arch theatre and will have the capacity to host stage shows, musicals and concerts, as well as accommodate large conference groups and cocktail dinners of 600 delegates.
