We would like to thank Ms Hui-Lin Hsu for her mes­sage, and ex­tend our sin­cere apolo­gies for the less than sat­is­fac­tory ex­pe­ri­ence dur­ing her re­cent stay with us. We are dis­ap­pointed to learn how un­pro­fes­sion­ally Ms Hsu’s case was han­dled and can as­sure her that we shall dili­gently fol­low up on the in­ci­dent to en­sure that all our guests will have a more de­light­ful stay with us in the fu­ture.
